Dear my customers,
My name is Lan Hoang. I am a native Vietnamese speaker with more than 9 years of experience working as a translator and interpreter. Currently, I am living in Taiwan with frequent travelling from and to Vietnam before the COVID-19.
I have provided simultaneous interpretation in high-profile conferences organized by United Nations agencies and various embassies in Vietnam, as well as for government agencies in the United States with government agencies in Vietnam. Schools in the U.S, Courts and Police Stations in the U.K also are all frequent clients of mine.
I am a certified community interpreter and I have completed a Bachelor in Translation and Interpretation (Hue, Vietnam, 2015) and a Master in Language Studies (Taoyuan, Taiwan, 2020).
I have worked as an over-the-phone and VRI interpreter for companies in the United States (e.g. Worldwide Interpreters, Language Services Associate, American Language Services) for several years as well.
Most recently, I have been providing simultaneous interpretation in an ongoing series of weekly webinars organized by the Texas Government on establishment of potential businesses with Vietnam Dalat administration. The meetings were covered only by me for hours with both sides speaking fast and continuously.
Regarding my technical setting:
I have cable-connected, high-speed Internet, a professional headset, webcam and a white wall background for video calls.
Thank you very much for taking time.
This list is only for the most current ones because there are hundreds of them in the last years as well.
