- Foreign Model Shoot Interpreter (Part-time): Main Responsibilities:
Remind models of the shooting time and location.
Time the models' work hours (for billing purposes).
Understand the shooting content in advance and translate it for the models.
Facilitate communication and translation between the models and the shooting crew (director, shooting team, stylists, makeup artists) during the shoot.
Send the models' work materials (photos, videos) back to their agents for company promotion.
Additional tasks: Assist models in ordering meals, inquire about any dietary restrictions.
- Factory Visit Accompaniment Interpreter (Part-time): Main Responsibilities:
The clients was from India, and the task was to accompany them to visit a factory that produces diapers and sanitary pads.
Coordinate with the factory manager in advance to understand the factory's basic situation: production line, process flow, basic product knowledge, etc.
Fully communicate with the client to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring better service during the visit.
- Hong Kong Watch Fair Interpreter: Main Responsibilities:
Participated in the Hong Kong Watch Fair as an exhibitor, set up the booth, translated for the factory manager, communicated with potential clients, exchanged business cards, promoted the brand, and expanded distributor and agent networks.
- Clothing Procurement Accompaniment Interpreter (Part-time): Main Responsibilities:
The client was from Nigeria, and the task was to accompany him to clothing wholesale markets (Yulong, Zhanxi, Tangqi, Wufu Clothing Market) to inspect goods.
Inquired about prices for the client, translated the store's product descriptions, and when the client placed orders, tallied the order quantities, reported them to the store, and communicated packaging details and delivery locations.
