Jen was an excellent choice for our project. We needed interpreter/translator support for a visit to a production site near Ho Chi Minh City. Jen supported translation for Thai and English. Overall, I was very impressed with Jen. She exhibited strong professionalism throughout the engagement. She even provided support to the team by helping us arrange transportation to the production site. Jen was always prompt in our scheduled video calls for planning and on the day of the site visit. We will likely have other visits in Vietnam and I will definitely engage Jen for our interpreter work. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs translation/interpreter support.
